At Laser Luxe Studio Spa, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and efficiency in our scheduling, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy:

1. Cancellation Fees

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $75 fee.
  • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice (“no call, no show”) will be charged a $100 fee.

2. No Exceptions

This policy is strictly enforced with no exceptions. Our services require dedicated time and preparation, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows prevent other clients from booking during that time slot.

3. Why This Policy Exists

We understand that emergencies happen, but this policy is in place to:

  • Protect the time and effort our team invests in preparing for your appointment.
  • Ensure that clients respect their booking commitments.
  • Maintain a smooth and efficient schedule for all clients.
